As a service and to improve our customer level support we have processed and built a new website.
Our new website, tickets.doubleclickittofixit.com, will handle all our customer interactions from new work orders, updated work orders, long term projects, development, and remote user support.
Our ticket system is fully integrated with use from your iPhone, iPad, Andriod Phone, BlackBerry Playbook, BlackBerry Phone, or other mobile device also including your laptop, netbook, or desktop.
After a much anticipated wait we have moved into a new shop. We are up and running at full speed, and have replaced a number of our systems and machines to new updated computer controlled Dark-IR systems along with Hakko soldering equipment and Fluke testing equipment which was salvaged from the damaged store.
We are accepting drop offs by appointment for the first few weeks, but accept shipments in at any time.
