Your system was shipped without a prepaid Fedex label or account for return shipping. In light of our facility shipping your HP G60-445DX in good faith and to help you meet a customer deadline without payment, you have one option to make payment and have your system shipped back. Payment can be made by COD when the Fedex truck delivers your package. The service requested was a reflow in the amount of $100 per system which totals six systems plus shipping which is estimated at $29.75 by Fedex with an additional $15.00 for Fedex to pickup your package and handle it from our office. When you pay by COD, your shipping will be included in the amount plus a COD handling fee determined by Fedex based on the payment choice they accept from you. These fees range from $5 to $25, and are solely determined by Fedex and Fedex alone. I have no decision in how they request payment from you. There is no way to halt this shipment on our end since by the time you receive this email our facility has already packaged, delivered, and Fedex is transporting your equipment.
You have 30 days to make this payment from the time the package is delivered the first time.
